Buttered Mixed Vegetables & Creamy Mashed Potato

 




Let's start making Buttered Mixed Vegetables.



Equipment/Materials needed:
  • Sauté pan
  • Knife
  • Bowl
  • Kitchen spoon
  • Fork/potato masher
  • Measuring cup
Ingredients:
  • 1 glove - Garlic
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 30 grams - Carrots, cut into Julienne.
  • 30 grams - Green beans
  • 20 grams - Broccoli florets
  • 20 grams - Cauliflower
  • 4 pieces - Quail egg, boiled
Let's proceed:

1. Sauté garlic in butter until golden brown.
2. Add carrots, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower. Season with sault and pepper.
3. Add the quail eggs. Ready to serve!

Next is Creamy Mashed Potato.


Ingredients:
  • 1 piece (medium) - Potato, peeled quartered
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 3 grams - Salt
  • Pinch of white ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup - All-purpose cream
Let's proceed:

1. Boiled potato in saucepans until cooked.
2. Drain potato and mash while it's still hot.
3. Mix together with all-purpose cream.
4. Add mashed potatoes together with butter, salt and white pepper.
5. Mix until just combined, but do not over mix and serve.
