Let's Make A Clubhouse Sandwich

Hi! This is Sharmaine and this is my first time writing a blog. Hope you try it and enjoy it!

The first recipe I want to share with you is the "CLUBHOUSE SANDWICH". The image above is what I have made on 17th of April last year.

Equipment/Materials needed:
  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Plates
  • Tablespoon
  • Kitchen spoon
  • Rubber scrapper
  • Sauté pan

Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces - White bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoon - Mayonnaise spread
  • 3 pieces - Lettuce, washed and trimmed
  • 4 slices - Tomatoes, sliced into rounds
  • 4 slices - Cucumber, sliced into rounds
  • 2 pieces - Bacon, fried
  • 2 pieces - Sweet or spiced ham
  • 1 piece - Egg, cooked scrambled
  • 4 pieces - Toothpick
  • 1 pack - Chips, side dip (for plating)
  • 1 slice - cheese
Procedure:

1. Heat the sauté pan then toast the each sides of the bread until golden brown. (prevent it from being burned). Then set aside.
2. Add oil to sauté pan and fry the bacon and ham until cook. Then set aside.
3. Place the 3 slices of bread on a clean work surface, spread the tops with mayonnaise.
4. On the first slice, place 2 lettuce leaf, then 2 slices of tomatoes, 2 slices of cucumber and bacon.
5. Place the second slice of toasted bread on top, spread side down.
6. Spread the top with mayonnaise.
7. On top of this, place the other lettuce, ham and cheese. Then add the scrambled egg.
8. Top with the third slice of toasted bread, spread side down.
9. Placed frill picks on two sides of the sandwich.
10. Cut the sandwich from corner to corner onto triangles. Each triangle will have a pick through the center to hold together.
11. Place on a plate with the points up then add the chips.
